Pluck is built with privacy as a core principle. This policy explains what data Pluck handles and how.
Pluck does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. We have no servers. There are no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking of any kind.
All AI categorization and tagging is performed entirely on your device using Apple's on-device Foundation Models. Your saved content is never sent to any external service for processing.
Your saved items are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. If you have iCloud enabled, your data syncs through your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit — this is a direct connection between your devices and your iCloud account. Pluck Labs has no access to your iCloud data.
Pluck may request access to your photo library to save images. Photos are stored locally and synced only through your personal iCloud account. Pluck does not upload your photos to any third-party service.
Pluck uses zero third-party SDKs, analytics tools, or advertising frameworks. The app is built entirely with Apple's native frameworks.
When you save a URL, Pluck uses Apple's LinkPresentation framework to fetch a preview (title, image, description) directly from the source website. This is a direct connection from your device to that website — Pluck Labs is not involved in this request.
Pluck does not collect any data from anyone, including children under 13.
If this policy changes, we will update this page with the new effective date.
